Hangar 9 has this very cool angle meter. It reads in 00.1 degree. Of course it will measure your stab angle, firewall, washout, decalage, or anything you need massacred but what I like is the accessories clamp that measures control throws.

I built a Acacia2 for a customer and took angle measurement from my personal model and applied the same throws to his new model and on the test flight it was so close to perfect! Even the landing comp!

On the set up page I have a degree wheel that you can make for .02 but if you really want it right get this tool! I will update the set up page as time goes by with the Angle Pro so it will more accurate.
