First thing to do is cut out the servo box with a cut off wheel. Cut just below the skin and be careful not to cut too far forward because the main wing spar is right there. Go easy.

If for some reason you did cut the shear web of the spar you will have to repair it and that is easy to do when you glass the inside of the top wing skin.
