Q. Is my model in stock?
| I try and keep a inventory but I can't seam to keep enough stock on hand and you might have to wait a while to receive your order. I am buying the models faster than they can build them so if your model is not in stock you will have to wait for delivery. On most models you can choose your color and any options available from the manufacturer. F3X offers more options on more competition models than anyone else. Please call or e-mail me for more information. Any model ordered other than my "Standard" will need a 50% deposit to place the order. Some orders can take 6 months or more. Call or e-mail and I will let you know my best guess. If you want to own and appreciate a handcrafted "World Class" competition sailplane this is how it works. Many of these models are built by master craftsmen working out of their small shops. Thank you for your understanding. I feel we are lucky to be able to purchase the craftsmanship and dedication that goes into these models at any price. |
| Payment Info; Visa, MasterCard, checks, cash accepted. CA add 7.75% tax. Returns: If you need to return a model because you are not satisfied (not for damage) please call me within 3 days of receipt for return authorization instructions. I will take back the model and credit your next purchase or charge a 15% restocking fee to cover my costs if you dont want to exchange it for a similar cost item after I receive the model in sellable "as new" condition with all accessories. Special Orders do not qualify for returns. Radio systems are special orders and Not returnable. You must get authorization for the return. Non-authorized shipments will be refused.
